We had a get together in Bathurst 2012 we had 25 Spyders attend. This was organized by the owners. Great weekend and great effort by the owners.

     That was an excellent weekend, had so much fun and a great group of people.

Some people have been asking what the Spyder Royale was about, go to the Spyder Muster web site and click on the news tab and view the Video, turn up your sound  :)

Hi Ron.... Doing top job, thanks and I also hope the Muster within the concept as it has been run for the past fours years remains in the future  …. as a forum member that has been just on the edges of the Muster Committee , I saw first hand over the past few years the work required to put on such an event.  I fully understand the difficulties they faced ..ALL IN ONE PLACES, CATER FOR ALL NEEDS...

As for sponsorship BRP ... Ron put a call out there for Muster attendees that purchased / up-graded / thinking of .. due to what they saw, informed of, at Muster events …. I know I was one of them, recently ST to F3 and directly due to the last muster.....for some it may have been 6 months later but I am sure long term it generates business for BRP and dealers.
It would be interesting to see feed back from others …. BRP may be very pleasantly surprised what sales long term they have generated.
Again Thanks Ron
Regards Dutchie

YEP thanks RON , I read it as being the ( ambassadors ) event  and saw red knowing the little I know.  I know he has been of no support which of coarse is exactly what an ambassador is NOT supposed to do  they are supposed to support the community  they represent NOT JUST THEMSELVES !!!!!  If you need any assistance you need only ask !!!

Looking on the MUSTER website I see the "royale "  ( so called ambassadors ) event  with Spyder Muster PIC's  ??????  and as discussed at the muster there were a group of people happy to work on it , and now funny enough it can not proceed BUT the other event which I was told had  a GREAT turn out of 20 odd spyders was a great success but the MUSTER with 115 app. Spyders not worth the effort ???  I can't help but wonder if the thoughts are get rid of the muster and the other will have to work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  IF I AM WRONG THEN I APOLOGIZE TO ALL BUT IT SEEMS PRETTY SUS TO ME .

                                                                                                                                                                                            Chris A Spyder

Chris,   I'll try and answer your posts the best I can.

The word Royale on the heading of the Muster site was a typo on my behalf it should have been Roulè.   It has now been fixed.

I amongst others have always seen the need for two major Spyder events a year. The numbers that attend these events is anyone's guess.

For me the Spyder Muster should be here to stay for many years to come. For next year we changed the name to Spyder Roulè because of the Style of the event being based at Panthers in Penrith NSW (and for other legal reasons). It's basically going back to the Spyde Royale of the first one back in 2011.

The Muster was worth every effort that went into it, especially by Trina and her team and also by everyone that attended.
Our friends at BRP no doubt need to see some sort of return for the many thousands of dollars they put into  the event as Sponsorship, I can understand  that and I am working as hard as I can to prove to BRP  that it's worth keeping the Spyder Muster (Spyder Roulè) as one of their yearly major events.

The Muster has not gone, at the moment without Large dollar sponsorship  we have trimmed  the cost down to next to nothing with everyone paying for their own meals.
As we gather minor Sponsors we'll be adding what we can back into the event  in either food options or T/shirt etc.
I am still in communication with BRP hoping for a breakthrough with their Sponsor dollars.

And behind all this we are Lightly looking at what to do for 2020.

So the Spyder Muster is still alive, and that's why we have posted the Spyder Roulè under the banner of the Spyder Muster site as the Spyder Roulè is just a little brother of the Spyder Muster.

Footnote:  The Spyder Roulè is not part of Spydermates or Spyderfest, it has nothing to do with Spydermates or Spyderfest it is being planned by current and past members of this OzSpyderRyders forum plus some external Experienced event planners who give their time and effort for free.

I hope the above gives you a better understanding of where we are and what we are doing and I am more than happy to answer any more questions or concerns anyone has.
